  Like the new layout, which gives a little more seating, but they simply struggle with keeping up with the demand. They could be a wonderful store, but just seem behind always. The drinks are made just like any other starbucks, so expect that level of taste.

  Starbucks policy (as I work at a Starbucks) says that Starbucks ABSOLUTELY support the troops 1000%. When I walked up to the register I asked about getting my military discount and she refused and tried to make me feel stupid. She said that Starbucks as a whole doesn't offer military discounts. But as I manage my own store, I educated her that military is so highly respected among Starbucks. If a military troop gets hired at a Starbucks they have a huge celebration and the troop gets their name embroidered on their apron.
  The lady acted like I was nothing. I've worked at small chain Starbucks through Kroger before, and even those have the military policy. Also applies for cops and firefighters.
  Worst experiencephalitis ever. I was absolutely offended. The lady made it seem that being military meant nothing to her.
  
  Will be calling Starbucks corporate. How crazy.
  Terrible customer service.

  Inside the mall... Very small with barely any seating, which is why I usually go to Starbucks to get some work done.
