Sometimes the order is ready on time and accurate, and other times it's not with no communication as to why. Once I waited twenty minutes for my order and asked why it was not ready. They said they didn't have the bread for my sandwich so they just decided to cancel my order instead of contacting me. I have had substitutions and exclusion of items without notification because they have run out of certain food. Most recently I discovered an item was missing from my order and had to go back up there. So if you're planning to eat at this Panera, I'd recommend ordering inside to ensure accuracy and timeliness.October 13, 2016
