  Oh. My. God. This place is DELICIOUS. I don't know WHY some people gave it less than 4, but this place is awesome. When you step in, the smell is amazing. We ordered a cake for a special occasion and we ordered some of the mini bundt cakes to try some flavours...they were AMAZING. The cakes are extremely moist, rich, and flavorful, and there isn't too much icing. The icing just tops it all nicely. If you want cake...THIS is the place to come.

  Great and friendly service on the phone. Upon going to the shop to pick up my bundt I found it to be such a pleasant surprise! It's SO CUTE! It's the kind of shop you hope stays open forever.
  
  Now for the cake review: I had asked if they had an 8 inch lemon raspberry ready-made and they said no but could have one made in about an hour. Just wow. (Had unexpected company coming and needed a fast save-me dessert!) The lemon raspberry was incredible.....super moist, not too sweet, with all sorts of lemony and raspberry goodness, nothing fake tasting, and the buttercream frosting was the best ever. It's the perfect cake for teatime, by the way. : - )
  
  I will ALWAYS use this shop for special cake needs when pressed for time. Or sometimes I need a little one just for ME! I *highly* recommend these cakes. You will not be disappointed! Support small business!

  I was VERY disappointed in my experience at the Dublin, Ohio store. I have purchased cakes in two other states and was very pleased with the cakes. The customer service at this store is lacking in my expectations and other experiences in the previous stores I have visited. I went in to get two birthday cakes and they COULD NOT OR WOULD NOT decorate the cakes unless they had 24 hours notice. The selection of flowers I did purchase to put on the cakes looked old and faded. I hope the cakes taste better than the service I received.
