- 2 / 5By Clayton Giovanni M.Bad experiences can ruin strong expectations. I wanted a sundae with malt powder. Oh it was present...visually. The Manager admitted it wasn't anything that would have been in a malt shake. I also didn't know their whipped cream isn't carbonated. That's what makes it fluffy. Nope..and it's heavy with a different flavor. It was a total turn off and there was no "fixing" it. I had to press 2x's to get a refund. If i was able to watch the construction i could have stopped this.May 04, 2017
